The origins
Carlino Bombieri and Antonietta Patuzzi start the company, creating a family business destined to grow over time, which will also include their children Matteo and Marcella.

Since 1987, we have been guided by a simple promise: quality, reliability, and trust.
The story of Salumificio Bombieri is a family story.Since 1987, with Carlino Bombieri, every decision has been guided by the desire to build something solid over time: first as a family-run business, then as a more structured and organised company.Over the years, we have evolved our way of working, strengthening an organisation capable of growing, entering new markets, and responding precisely to customer needs.Today, we pursue the same goal as always: to guarantee reliability, integrity, and consistent service to those who use our products every day.The Bombieri family during the celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary at the Gran Guardia Palace in Verona.

Over time
Over the years, we have grown and become more structured to respond with increasing precision to market demands. We have evolved our production processes by investing in technology and strengthened our quality control to ensure consistently high standards over time. Our organisation has also evolved: today we have a more solid structure, designed to better manage volumes, lead times, and customer requirements. What has not changed is who we are: our commitment to keeping our promises, our responsibility in every decision, and our direct relationships with customers and suppliers. For us, every promise made is a promise kept.

Some numbers behind our story
Every number reflects our story and the way we work every day.
We look ahead with clear goals: greater automation to make our processes increasingly efficient and controlled, continued investment in technology to support growth, and the development of new markets and products.
A continuous evolution that allows us to respond precisely to customer needs, while maintaining clear, consistent, and reliable standards.
